I am a seasoned rare hybrid of strategic engineering leader and hardware prototyping expert. With over 25 years in the automotive industry—from managing global teams at Ford and Mobis to co-founding SeRoSys Technology LLC, I have delivered production-grade IVI systems, audio platforms, digital radio first-to-market solutions, CAN FD solutions and CES displayed technology. I work equally well in a whiteboard session with VPs as I do in KiCad or a logic analyzer.

📡 Lead the first implementation of HD Radio in North America
Worked together with iBiquity to create the initial application including UX, field testing and tuning, specification development and many other aspects to create the baseline for all future HD Radio work in the industry
🎯 Co-Founded SeRoSys Technology LLC
Prototyped and Developed a compact, affordable dual-CAN FD logger with microSD and GPIO hardware interface including injection molded case design, PCB design, circuit design and feature roadmapping
🚀 A2B Digital Audio Launch at Ford
Championed and delivered the industry’s first A2B audio bus platform and hold 2 patents related to A2B
🔧 Global Radio design merging, improved audio / tuner architecture and complexity reduction at Ford
Lead global Ford partners to merge various radio designs into a common standard design. The used that to reduce complexity and developed a remote tuner architecture
